: YEP: Man charged with thought-crime

Yorkshire Evening Post reports that a man has been charged with "conspiracy to commit aggravated trespass" at a power station following a raid on a school in Notinghamshire. Given that trespass only becomes aggravated after one refuses to leave, it should be hilarious to see how plod will try to make this stick.
