Look, listen, dance, get creative

This year’s festival will feature two live stages, dance performances, workshops, live art-jamming, exhibitions, a Latin carnival, street theatre, cabaret and a vintage tea party.

Showcasing talent

The festival is the perfect platform for artists to do their thing, for people to find inspiration, get creative, get involved and take away something positive to apply in their everyday life.

As if that weren’t enough…
We also have market stalls, a chill-out area full of our fabulous Millers Yard therapist, an arts area, children’s play and entertainment area, and some good old fashioned games.

York Peace Festival, a community event run on a zero budget, hopes to inspire people to be be more at peace with themselves, others and the environment.  Our mission is to raise awareness of world and local issues, and to showcase local ethical businesses, community organisations, charities and traditional arts and crafts.

Please join us to make this a most memorable day!
