This event will focus on social inclusion and enhancing mental well-being for anyone interested in developing strategies for staying mentally healthy, including:

 

• People currently using ‘day care’ and related services.
• People who’ve used secondary mental health care, interested in community activities.
• Mental health workers interested in new ideas and ways of working.

Find out about local activities and opportunities, with speakers, workshops, stalls and local performers.

Free tea, coffee and lunch, a chance to look around Swarthmore College, meet new people, gain and share new ideas. We hope you can join us!
