Feminist reading group meeting every couple of weeks to talk feminism together for fun and to further our understanding.
This time we'll be reading about Assata Shakur, you can choose anything to read about her, there is a particularly good auto biography entitled 'Assata: An Autobiography'. There is also a film about her, 'The Eyes of the Rainbow' which you can stream online or download from this site. You can read lots of stuff on her website here.
Meet 6pm-ish at in the cafe (top floor) at the 1in12.
