This coming Wednesday we are
Why BP and why Tar Sands? BP are currently finalising plans to go into the Canadian Tar Sands (oil mixed with sand).This is possibly the most intensive way to produce oil and indigenous Canadians lives are being ruined by the deforestation and pollution of fresh water supplies that is happening because of the quest for oil. We want to say to BP; don't go ahead with this marriage between BP and climate chaos.
What you need to do for Wednesday:
-get out your best wedding atire, silly hats a plenty please
- It would be great to make some sandwiches or cakes for it.
-BRING INSTRUMENTS! 'here comes the bride' is going to be played on the accordion, you're going to want to join in.
- If you know anyone who can provide a bike powered soundsystem that would be amazing. Please get in touch.
