Places: leeds ls2

A group of people from Leeds will be reading "Capital" together over the next few months on alternate Tuesday evenings from 6 to 8pm. Everyone is welcome to come and join in.

The first meeting will be on Tuesday 28th July 2009 when we will begin to discuss the appendix to the book, which Marx wanted to write first but didn't for fear of having the rest of the (serialised) work censored. It's "So-called primitive accumulation" and comprises 66 pages, part VIII chapters 26-33.

We've decided to try to use the Penguin edition, which costs about £5 second hand.
