Leeds’ pioneering co-housing development is happening. LILAC
(www.lilac.coop) plan to build 20 affordable and super-sustainable
dwellings in urban Leeds. Already 4 houses have been reserved, so there
are only 16 remaining vacancies.

We are now actively seeking people who want to take up full membership
and be part of this exciting development. Now is the best time to join
to have a stake in the next important developmental stages of the project.
