Public Meeting: Alternatives to the government’s cuts – defend jobs and services

Speakers: Keith Blackburn (CWU branch secretary), Hugh Lanning (Deputy General Secretary, PCS), Cllr Janet Looker (Labour Party), Sophie Shaw (York Students against Cuts), Nick Smith (a worker with people who have learning disabilities), Dr James Chan (Defend Our NHS York), Speaker from UNISON (to be announced), Andy Chase (Green Party).

Followed by questions and open discussion, plus stalls with information about getting involved.
