Our collective aims to have meetings all around the North of England, to enable the greatest diversity of people to get involved in the project. So far we've managed to meet in Scarbrorough, Bradford and York, several different venues in Leeds, with further meetings already scheduled for Newcastle and a different venue in Bradford. This will be the first time we've met in Manchester and we're very excited about meeting new people from West of the Pennines.

The meetings are open and the agenda will be set at the start of the meeting. They usually last from 2-4 hours depending on how much energy people have.

If you or anyone you know is interested in getting involved with Northern Indymedia, which might include publishing your own news, helping with technical work, website design or any aspect of media activism, please come.
