High Point, or the YBS building as it is more commonly known in Bradford, is on Westgate and has been empty for about a decade. It's called High Point, it had to be done really.

History:
Quote from flickr "Highpoint - the ex-headquarters of the Yorkshire Permanent Building Society on Westgate in Bradford was built in the early 1970s. It is a 9 story building which seems to have practically no windows! Developers did have plans to add a further 4 stories, convert the offices into 93 apartments and completely re-clad the building however the economic downturn in 2008 has ended that idea"
It was part of the mothballed 'World Mile' development project, details of which are here:

The property owner also floated the idea of a hotel.

Points:
The graff was already there.
The caretaker's flat on the 8th floor is awesome. I would totally live there.
I found an empty bottle of Lambrini. Grim.
