Lollipop Ladies: ensuring your children get through education safely.

Today Bradford met a new kind of lollipop lady.  The Lollipop Ladies of Education dashed around Bradford highlighting the need for society to resist the proposed government cuts to education.  At pelican crossings, libraries and educational institutions around Bradford the Lollipop Ladies (and Men) stood firm.  Accompanied by students handing out leaflets, the Lollipop Ladies reminded us all that the young people of today will be bearing the brunt of these cuts.  For them education will no longer be a right, but a privilege.  Look forward to seeing you next time.
