West Yorkshire Hunt Sabs created on 04/08/11

West Yorkshire Hunt Sabs are a group of activists who aim to sabotage fox, mink, hare, deer and rabbit hunts. Although hunting is technically illegal, there are many loopholes which the hunts in West Yorkshire and elsewhere exploit. There is also reluctance on the part of the police to gather evidence or interviene. Sabs use a variety of non violent techniques to stop the hunters catching their prey. We can mimic the horn calls to confuse the hounds, spray essential oils to cover the scent, dig up any blocked in holes to get the animals more excape routes etc. We would love to hear from anyone who would like to get involved with our group, either as a sab or a supporter.
